My name is Joaquin Cudala and I am the Director of Sales and Marketing for the U.S.A. and Europe for Globe Asiatique Realty Holdings Corporation. Currently we have established sales operations in more than a dozen countries abroad. In the U.S.A., we have established operations in Virginia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco while in Europe we have launched operations in Sweden, U.K. and Italy. They have proven to be profitable ventures not only for the company but for the OFW agents whom we trained there before the launch. Now the operations there is self sustaining and the people who joined me in establishing a sales presence there are now reaping the rewards of their labour.

To put it simply, our immediate target is to launch a strong network in Dubai. We have been eying this city for quite some time and I feel this year it is possible to finally move towards this direction. Our head office wants to set up its own operations there complete with marketing support through television commercials and major events

We need your help. We need someone who has already lived in Dubai for some time now and has established a significant network within the community. Someone who can show us the ropes around the city, give us vital information and help us sell and establish a sales force. In return Globe Asiatique will provide you free training, the very highest commission in the industry, the power to take over ride commissions from all agents under you and regular marketing support through print and TFC ads. You will be known as one of the pioneers of bringing this company there and as the success of this venture goes, so goes your profitability.

You have the option to do this full time or as a part time project. We know that you probably have a very busy schedule and that most of your time is consumed with your regular job. And we do not want to come into conflict with that schedule. However you could join the dozens of OFWs who do this part time and earn even double than what they earn from their full time job.

Your commitment to this venture depends on you and how far you are willing to go. A few phone calls here and there, client meetings over lunch and you could make it easily. My sales team and I will be in Europe for the months of June and July and will be in Dubai by the 18th of August, 2009 and will be staying for a significant amount of time before heading to the Philippines. I hope we can arrange a meeting if you are interested in my offer.
