Country Manager For Food Supplement Products in Dubai
My Name is Novel Salim, I have experience working in Marketing Department as well as Sales Department in various businesses especially in Food Supplement business and Pharmaceutical products.
I responsible to develop new set up the business starting from Analyzing the market potential, market trend, budget allocation, make a marketing strategy, Control Expenditures, competitors analyze, brand plan, dealing with agency for create design communication , build and set up the team and assign them in the key area and also make some relevant report.
Until last October 2008, I had worked for Bilcare Singapore Pte.Ltd, the company which focuses in Primary Packaging/Blister for Pharmaceutical products.
With the experience of 16 years and based on my previous experience in management of local and nation wide sales and marketing in Ethical/Hospital for Pharmaceutical Industry and also Over the Counter (OTC) product, I feel I am well suited to be part of your organization.
In my previous job as National Sales Manager in multi international company I have be responsible for building from scratch nation wide sales team and controlling them very tightly to ensure all the marketing plans are implemented. I have been responsible in the set up of all the Business concept; such annual budgeting, marketing activity plan, my duty also to do products forecasting, select and choose what suitable products would like to be launched for Indonesia market, launch new products, set up and fulfill man power requirements until assigned them to several branches, Searching and Select to find good distributor to distribute all portfolio products and constantly coordinating with distributor team.
In consumer products business I previously also have extensive experience in promoting Mother/pregnant milk to Obstetrics and gynecologists doctor, Pediatric doctors, Midwife and direct to end user by doing some interesting event. These experiences have given me a substantial knowledge and familiarity with consumer product and OTC business.
Based on my previous experience, I more and less is able to judge that the field which more likely will be able to utilize my performance to its fullest is within the field of distribution Business and I am obviously excited to be a part of this organization.
