At present, working as Manager- BP in ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co, Ltd, Thrissur (from March 2008). Job Responsibility: - Conducting Team meeting with existing BPs thrice in a month and setting goals and motivates them to meet the same. Attending BPs team meeting and inform them about contest, gifts and changes. Recruiting new BPs and Train them to recruit advisors under them, give full support to develop their business.
