Work As A Commis De Cuisine In Hotel

Dear sir,

I would like to work as a commis de cuisine in European restaurant of 5 stars hotel. I have earned high-school diploma in USA and I have earned advance European culinary art management diploma from Switzerland and have been working as sous chef and head chef position in Thailand but I want to polish my cooking skill to become a better chef in the futher. I am a hard working person that can take a lot of pressure and I have European culinary knowledge and management skills. I always stick to HACCP rules.
