Process Technician Vacancy in Dubai

NATURE OF WORK:

1. Handling production activities of Process.
2. Monitoring and maintaining process parameters as per requirement for achieving production target.
3. Safety, housekeeping & man power handling of working area.
4. To meet quality of product as per Q.C. department.
5. Quality & quantity required for production.


JOB PROFILE:
• I have to work as a Process Technician so my responsibilities are as per following.
1. SRF Ltd. working experience as Process Technician in Project – R&D Division.
2. I must be Familiar with the activities include testing, calibration, Pneumcatic, Hydro testing and Card blasting.
3. Able to read P&ID drawing and symbols and work independent and attend emergencies.
4. Some knowledge in maintenance activities, process field instruments and DCS systems.

• Previous work with Chloritech Industries. As a Process Technician
1. Distilation and Ethyl Chloride recovery plant.
2. Production Planning.
3. Raw Material Handling.
4. Packing of finished Product.
5. Related maintenance of process.

EQUIPMENTS HANDLED:

Reactor (SS, GLR), Steam jet ejector, distillation column (Vacuum, Atmospheric). Plate type and shell and tube neat exchanger, Centrifugal & Recirpocating Pumps, Condenser, Rotary vaccum Filter, All types of valve.
