Highly qualified personal trainer looking for clients.
I have a BSc HONS Occupational Therapy with Psychology and Dip. Sports Therapy. I have 6 years experience within the Health & Fitness industry and am currently looking for more personal training clients.
I offer comprehensive fitness programmes, programme modification, nutritional advice, dietary classes where healthy recipes are taught in your own home. One to one personal training or couples training.
Training can be done in your own home or I can provide a facility.
