Excellent Chef restaurant Manager,speaking 5 Languages Is in Dubai

Dear Sirs,

I am a former quite successful businessman from Belgium, I started a general contracting company ,many restaurants and a 4 star hotel.
Due to circumstances I had to abandon everything and leave the country.
For the last 4 years I am in Dakar, Senegal, busy defending my rights and honour.
Now the case is going back to court and I have nothing else to do any more then to wait. I can not be waiting and do nothing, so I am for the first time in my live looking for a job.
During the last nearly 25 years I have accumulated quite a lot of skills, in plus of my masters degree in hotel management. The restaurant branch has little or no secrets for me, I am a more then average chef, I also know how to perform well in the restaurant itself, I like an up to date and adapted service.
The menu set up and product handling is also part of my domain of expertise.
I speak fluently 4 languages, Dutch, French, English and German. I understand a few more, gives me a great advantage in easy contact as well with colleagues as with guests and suppliers.
During 20 years I was also the founder and director of a medium size construction company in Belgium, our roofing department was the tallest in the country and I am proud to say that I invented several new systems of waterproofing.
During 8 years I went to evening school to get my masters in Industrial engineering.
So if by any chance you see an opening for a In Tongeren Belgium, on the 15 th of august 1963 born Belgian job seeker which does never drink or smoke, and after all did not loose his smile and enthusiasm for live and work, I will be very happy to hear from you.
I can drive all vehicles with wheels under all circumstances and also like and know how to maintain them.
My preferred sport is horseback riding, and horse breeding. I am completely addicted to lecture, all I get under my hands goes threw the reading machine.
