JOB RESPOSIBILITES

•Handling all day to day accounting operations up to finalization of the books of account.
•Preparing of Cash Flow Statement, Bank Reconciliation Statement.
•Maintaining Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable including debtors and creditors reconciliation.
•Preparation of Final Accounts i.e. Profit & Loss Statement and Balance Sheet as per Income Tax Act & Rules.
•Depositing TDS Amount, Filing of TDS Returns and Issuing of TDS Certificates.
•Keep track of service tax amount and filling the return of Service Tax.
•Filling the returns of Sales Tax, Works Contract Tax with different States Sales Tax Department quarterly.
• Preparing the documents for the assessment of Works Contract Tax and Sales Tax of different states.
•Responding to the queries/clarifications raised by the Sales Tax Department.
