Duties And Responsibilities:-
-A good Knowledge in Financial Reporting Standard. Lectures and general speech Standard, and experience as an Executive Secretary.
-Organize and manage the day-to-day running of the general Manager
-Reporting monthly and quarterly management and operational result to divisional and regional offices.
-Perform cash management function, and managing the payable function.
-Project finance, costing and reporting, and project contracts handling and procedures.

-Costing for imports, inventory valuation& assisting in day to day Credit Control. Manage the Schedule to enhance effective time management.
-Coordinate activities and prioritize appointment and reschedule when necessary.Attend meetings and reporting minutes, And-Dealing with external and internal auditors. Experience as an Executive Secretary.
-Consistently display a friendly, enthusiastic, positive and professional attitude. Administrate all office and conference room set-up.
-Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction. Also greet and attend to customers, clients and visitor.
-Handles customer queries in professional and efficient manner, and ensures a high level of costumer satisfaction.
-Knowledge of software Packages such as Windows, Word, And Excel, and have a good correspondence skills in English and Arabic, and have good organization skills.
-Ability to work to difficult deadlines and under pressure. With a positive attitude, excellent communication skill and a proactive team player. Also highly organized and capable to maintaining personnel, cost & quality control system for several programmers simultaneously.
