I am Kumaralingam Sridhar, a Mechanical Engineer aged 49 years.
Out of my long experience in India and in the UAE, I have gained thorough knowledge in the field of Human Resource, as I have understood the needs of the Employers in the UAE.
Now, I have started my own HR Consultancy in the name of Light House M'Power in Trichy, Tamil Nadu, S.India.
Geographically, Trichy is located in the centre of Tamil Nadu and industrially Trichy occupies the first place with respect to Fabrication of Structurals, Pressure Vessels, High Pressure Steam Boilers etc. Therefore, I can easily source Technical Manpower like Welders, Fabricators ( Fitters), CNC operators, Diploma in Mech Engineering Candidates with very good experience. As I am also a Mech Engineer with working experience in Jebel Ali, I am myself aware of the requirements of this field.
