Job Description:-

Responsible for entire accounting of financial transaction on a day today.
Posting all Vouchers, Purchase Bills and Sales Bills on daily basis.
Maintaining the record of daily cash receipts & cash payments.
Monthly review on Bank Statement & preparing Bank Reconciliation Statement.
Preparing & Issuing of all Payable Payment as per PO/WO payment.
Handling of Petty Cash.
Maintaining All Ledgers Scrutiny.
Preparation of Profit & Loss A/c & Balance sheet Statements.
Posting GRN entries & reviewing the Stock Ledger.
Supporting all functions on month-end review and analysis of accounts payable, general ledgers, accounts receivable and vendor payments;
Assisting in making MIS Report.
Working on Vat Tax, Service Tax Calculation.
Vat Liabilities ,Refund, Interest ( Input Tax, Output Tax )
Help the clients in planning the Vat Tax related query.
Maintaining Cheque deposit details & reporting and coordinating with HO.
Handling of all companies projects bookings related to accounts (cash & cheques).
Making stock audit report as per Physical Stock Vs. System Stock
Visiting at Site for External Audit for Stock Taking.
