TECHNICAL DIRECTOR / MANAGER READYMIX CONCRETE

* Doctorate in Civil Engineering with specialization in Concrete Technology preferred. 6+ years relevant experience in leading Technical function of Ready Mix business units of size of minimum +3 million m3 per annum Expertise in: Design of concrete products, Value added special product and investigation, testing and interpretation of results. Western educated I

European nationals preferred

BRANCH MANAGER (READYMIX CONCRETE)

* Bachelors Degree with Middle East experience Knowledge of concrete technology, exposure to construction market. Effective interpersonal, negotiation, persuasion, facilitation and

communication (both written and verbal) skills in English. Age limit : 35-38 yrs Western educated / European nationals preferred

COMMERCIAL MANAGER CONSTRUCTION

Bachelor in Engineering, Masters preferred Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communications, presentation, and negotiations skills Excellent organization I project management skills and a proven ability to motivate and manage teams Minimum 10+ years experience in Contracts and Commercial in a large sized construction company (hands on experience in closing

Projects of size min AED 300 million) Client and Consultant management skills Experience in Middle East is a strong plus Western educated I European nationals preferred.

COMMERCIAL LAWYER

Minimum 15+years of experience in Commercial Management, Contract Administration, Project Management, and negotiation in the construction industry: Legally qualified (LLM) with strong claims experience. Expertise in client relationship management, political negotiation, adjudication, dispute resolution, contract law and procurement including Design and Build, Cost Plus, Traditional and Construction Management. Outstanding oral and written communication skills in Arabic and English

CLAIMS CONSULTANT CONSTRUCTION

A Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Civil / Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Architecture or related degree is required. 15-20 years of construction claims experience. 10+ years of supervisory experience. Extensive experience in Project Controls, CPM scheduling, delay analysis, productivity analysis, claims and dispute resolution. Experience on large, complex construction projects High rise Building construction experience. Previous success developing new business. Knowledge and ability to quickly understand principals of construction and contractor means and methods is required: Exceptional written and verbal communications and organizational skills are a must. MANAGER LEGAL

Degree in law with Middle East experience Minimum 8 years experience within a contracting organization Strong UAE Corporate law and business law knowledge and experience Ability to draft and negotiate complex technology agreements and contracts. Outstanding oral and written communication skills in Arabic and English, with proven ability to simplify complex legal

concepts in clear and concise communications for ease of business comprehension.

IT HEAD

Responsible and accountable for the leadership of the enterprise applications portfolio, including strategy, project management, technical leadership, and operational management.- Manage the development, support, maintenance, administration, ongoing enhancements, and projects for enterprise and departmental applications.
