Back Office Support Or Mis Report Executive in Dubai

MIS reporting by using MS Excel at Operational and Client level.
 Generate timely and accurate reports for analysis. Creating MIS/Dashboard report and presenting it to the concern Department.
 Implement and analysis data to create daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
 Managing Banking operations inclusive of implementing short/long term plan.
 Managing teams with focus on excelling targets & services delivery metrics.
 Generating & maintaining day to day MIS Data and updating the management.
 Extensive usage of MS Excel (Aggregate function, VLOOKUP, Pivot table, UDF Macros)
 Managing incoming volume and make it sure to complete it at end of day.  Application Processing, Credit Policy checks, de-duplication, verification, post verification checks and archival.  Dispatch of Welcome Kits, Credit/Debit cards and cheque books, with a comprehensive tracking and follow-up mechanism of Return to Origin (RTO) cases.  Statements Dispatch/Tracking and redirection. Email Campaign management.  Handling escalated cases and providing assistance in the form of troubleshooting to the team.  Customized designing and letter generation.
 In-executables on Banking and related financial services due to any discrepancy.
 Responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable, data entry, generating checks and customer/supplier communication.  Maintained the daily transactions data in the MS excel sheets  Prepared daily / weekly reports for different departments as per their standard formats
 Answered to the daily query / complaint mails by customers, following the SOP.  Mailed the head office and other area offices for co-ordination in the processes  Updated the report formats as per the instructions from the higher management.  Good comprehension skills with a typing speed of 35 wpm  Thorough knowledge of the MS office tools (expertise in working with MS excel).
