| Seeking a senior role in training management and training administration in the UAE in a well established training or learning organization. Have 22+ years of experience, including 4 years abroad, in academics/training, training need analysis (TNA), cross-cultural training, recruitment and selection of trainers, logistics and hospitality management, content design and development, vendor management, soft skills training, corporate training in business skills and people skills, and feedback deisgn and implementation.
Have bachelor's and master's degrees in mechanical engineering from Bangalore university with an MBA in financial management from the USA.
