Organized craft projects and taught drawing classes to children, fund-raised, managed a team of teachers, designed and maintained the website, and organized field-trips.

Lead diverse teams of human rights workers for the
International Solidarity Movement in high-risk situations of crisis-intervention and violence de-escalation. Trained new volunteers in the principles of non-violence as made famous by Martin Luther King Jr. and Mohandas Gandhi. Wrote and published reports detailing human rights abuses, edited video footage, gave tours, worked in coordination with the United Nations and other regional human rights monitoring groups, painted murals, created a series of educational illustrations about the conflict, taught art classes for children in refugee camps.
